Seller Representation 

Arrow Companies sold a turn-key day care building during the second quarter. This building is located at 9475 Revere Lane in Maple Grove. Arrow currently has four properties under contract that are expected to close during the second quarter (3380 Annapolis Lane in Plymouth, 14310 Northdale Blvd in Rogers, 17201 113th Ave N in Dayton & 14360 James Road in Rogers)


Landlord Representation

Arrow represented landlords in Osseo, Maple Grove, Elk River and Otsego during the Second Quarter leasing office, retail, and industrial spaces. Learning RX leased space at the Bell Tower office building in Osseo. In Maple Grove, Zemble Enterprises leased 15,000 SF of industrial space at 10883 89th Ave N. Also on 89th Ave N, Factory Motor Sports leased a 4,800 SF warehouse bay at 10900 89th Ave N. In Elk River at 11044 Industrial Circle, Premier Sheet Metal expanded into Suite Q. Arrow leased two spaces in Otsego during the Second Quarter. The first space was at 16201 90th Ave NE to Business Cents, and the second was at 9040 Quaday Ave NE to Danmare Group Inc.

General Contracting

Construction on the Sycamore Commons office building in Maple Grove is making great progress. Tenants are tentatively scheduled for move in October and November of this year. All utilities were completed during the Second quarter. Final details are being completed on the exterior glass and EFIS. Wondering what is next? Curbing and parking surface are scheduled to begin in July along with the retaining wall and landscaping.

Arrow Companies sold two industrial buildings during the first quarter. Totaling 37,354 SF of space. These properties were located at 1167 Viking Drive in Maplewood and 17171 113th Ave N in Dayton. The following properties are currently pending and are expected to close during the second quarter-

Arrow leased multiple office, retail, and industrial spaces during the first quarter. See the first quarter transactions below-

  • Fidelity Building Services leased 4,841 SF of space at 1136 114th Ave in Coon Rapids.
  • Arrow leased 10,000 SF to Big Picture Twin Cities 5929 Brooklyn Blvd in Brooklyn Center.
  • Keller Williams leased 7,981 SF of space at the Bell Tower office building in Osseo.
  • Get it Done Fitness leased space at 224 County Road 81 in Osseo commencing March 1st.
  • Arrow lease 11650 96th Ave N in Maple Grove to Fierce Play Fitness
  • Aitkens Essentials, Inc. leased 4,600 SF of space at 11520 96th Ave N in Maple Grove.
  • Peak Potential Family Chiropractic leased 1,536 SF at 16190 State Hwy 7 in Minnetonka.
  • 9040 Quaday Ave in Otsego was leased to Clear Point Construction in February.
  • Arrow renewed Fresenius Medical’s lease at 7365 Kirkwood Court North in Maple Grove.

General Contracting

Arrow Contracting finished a state of the art industrial building along Hwy 101 in Otsego. This 55,000 SF machine shop building is the new home to P&F Machining. Construction on the Sycamore Commons office building in Maple Grove is going full speed ahead. This week contractors are continuing to frame the exterior and the roofing and underground plumbing was started. Within the next week or so underground electrical will be started. Arrow is also working on a few tenant improvements/expansions at Waterfront Commons II in Otsego.

It’s been a productive third quarter of 2015 for Arrow Companies, as we have been busy representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords across Minneapolis-St. Paul. Here’s a quick snapshot of our commercial real estate activity from July to September as well as some of our current listings for sale and lease.

Buyer Representation
Arrow helped Raven Investments purchase buildings at 12435 Northdale Blvd in Rogers and 12117 Riverwood Drive in Burnsville, the Burnsville property selling for $1.75 million. Arrow also helped a group of investors purchase 124 Rum River Drive in Princeton and helped another group purchase 9380 Central Ave in Blaine for $3.57 million. Arrow Companies is now managing the Blaine property.

Seller Representation
Moving on to selling, Arrow helped sell 1301 Greenwood Court in Shakopee, 13025 George Weber Drive in Rogers to Arcas Technology and 9122 Cottonwood Lane in Maple Grove to Home Rehab, LLC.

Tenant Representation
Arrow kept busy during the third quarter of 2015 assisting tenants throughout Minneapolis-St. Paul. Arrow helped Day Treatment move into office spaces in Sartell and Princeton and another tenant move into a new office space in Alexandria. Arrow also helped Dental Technology lease space in Fridley, Zanasi USA lease space at the 5 Star Commerce Center I in Maple Grove and Mad Kiwi lease space at 2001 Annapolis Lane in Plymouth.

Landlord Representation
Arrow was also active in the landlord category, leasing space at 9040 Quaday Ave in Otsego to the Assurance Group and 21840 Industrial Court in Rogers to Regency Home Health Care.
