Landlord Representation – LEASED

1,143 SF space leased located at 7584 80th Street South in Cottage Grove to All State Insurance Agency.

Title Boxing Inc. leased 2,066 SF at located at 21897 South Diamond Lake Road, Rogers.

Tonkawood Office Park will have a new tenant in March. The Okonite Company will be leasing 1,444 SF at 16200 State Hwy. 7 in Minnetonka. 

1,250 SF was leased at 3185 Fernbrook Lane in Plymouth to Sivo Insights (Marketing Company).

Radux Devices, Inc. leased 1,728 SF Office Condo at 11292 86th Ave. N. in Maple Grove. 

Jayco Plumbing leased 2,598 sf and Corporate Connection, Inc. leased 4,200 sf at 22027 Industrial Blvd, Rogers. This building is now FULLY LEASED!

Lensworks Optical Labs, LLC leased 16,800 sf at 22501 John Deere Lane, Rogers.


Seller Representation

9668 Fallon Avenue NE, Monticello closed on January 16th for $1.3 Million. Congrats to DSG Plumbing on your new property!

8455 Xerxes Ave. in Brooklyn Park sold in January. The 3,970 SF Industrial Condo sold for $401,000 to Edgar Soriano.  This buyer also purchased investment condo within the same complex at 8451 Xerxes Ave. for $375,000. The current tenant will continue to occupy this 4,066 SF condo.

7,500 SF Office Condo located at 20980 Rogers Drive, Rogers was sold $850,000. It closed on February 13th. Arrow represented the Seller Benzinger Investments, LLC

On February 13th, 7610 University Ave NE in Fridley, MN sold for $1.195 million to University 3, LLC.

1.41 acres of industrial land located at 21840 Industrial Court, Rogers closed on February 25th!


Tenant Representation

Insightformation, Inc. on leased 891 SF of space at 10700 West Hwy 55 in Plymouth. They will be moved into their new space on February 1st.

On February 1st Lions Fitness, LLC signed a lease for 3,448 SF at 1265 Kuhn Drive, Suite #200 in St. Cloud. Their lease will commence on April 1st!

Arrow represented Shred N Go on the lease of a 14,500 sf property with over an acre of fenced in outside storage located at 22851 Industrial Blvd in Rogers.

Tenant Representation

Arrow worked with JPiper Media on leasing 3,350 SF at 11316 86th Ave in Maple Grove. Arrow also represented Crossfit Una Stamus Fitness in leasing 3,960 SF at 13465, 13469 & 13471 Business Center Drive NW in Elk River. Lastly, Arrow represented Maple Grove Wellness Center, Inc. in a lease renewal at 11238 86th Ave in Maple Grove.

General Contracting/Development

Arrow Contracting has been busy during the third quarter. The 54,500 SF building located in Otsego that will be the new home for P&F Machining has been progressing smoothly. During the last quarter the roof has been completed and the concrete curbs have been poured. The next step is to pour the interior concrete flooring!!! Arrow Contracting also added two garage doors at the Long Haul Trucking building in Albertville, and finished a tenant improvement remodel project for Projectory Partners at their new 2,031 SF office space at Crescent Ridge II Office Building in Minnetonka. Arrow currently has an application into the city of Maple Grove for developing a new 33,852 SF two-story office building. This building would tentatively break ground in November.

It’s hard to believe that 2016 is already half over. During the second quarter we have been representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords across the Twin Cities area. Seller Representation

Arrow Companies sold a 10,021 SF retail building during the second quarter. This property is located at 13000 Technology Drive in Eden Prairie. The following properties are currently pending and are expected to close during the third quarter-

Buyer Representation

During the second quarter Arrow represented a few buyers in the Northwest Metro area. First, Arrow represented a veterinary clinic in purchasing land at 1730 39th St NW in Andover. Next, Arrow represented a buyer in purchasing a 1,560 SF office condo at 3515 Plymouth Blvd, Suite 104 in Plymouth. Lastly, Arrow represented JCS Investments, LLC in purchasing a 15,773 SF industrial building at 14650 Quiram Drive in Rogers (picture of this property displayed above).

Landlord Representation

Arrow leased multiple office condo spaces during second quarter. Counseling and the Therapeutic Support Services leased space at 568 Bavaria Lane in Chaska. Main Line Energy Consultants leased space at 11272 86th Ave N in Maple Grove commencing May 1st. The last office condo space Arrow leased was 3370 Annapolis Lane in Plymouth. This 3,072 SF space was leased by Passport Health.

Tenant Representation

Arrow worked with Brightstar Care in leasing 893 SF at 12805 Hwy 55 in Plymouth. Arrow also represented Land Home Financial Services in leasing two spaces. These spaces include 4,730 SF at 9010 Quantrelle Ave in Otsego, and 1,560 SF at 3515 Plymouth Blvd, Suite 105 in Plymouth.

General Contracting

Arrow Contracting has been off to a busy start this second quarter. The P&F Machining project kicked off in the end of May. This project will be a 54,500 SF building located off Hwy 101 in Otsego. Arrow Companies was extremely active in leasing during the first quarter. We leased Suite 200 at the 21st Century Bank Building in Blaine. We also leased two spaces at the newest building constructed by Arrow Contracting, locate 200-206 Ryan Drive in Little Canada. Arrow also leased office space to McCrossan at Raven Investment’s building in Maple Grove (10900 89th Ave N). Three suites at the Elk River Industrial Development building were lease by Arrow to: The Hotel Legacy Group, Active Sale Associates and Poly-Glass Coatings Limited. Mortgages Unlimited leased 679 SF of office space 9040 Quaday Ave in Otsego and Keller Williams leased 10,590 SF at the Waterfront Commons II Building located at 16201 90th Ave in Otsego. Arrow also leased 1,225 SF of retail space at 9125 Quaday Ave in Otsego to a new tattoo shop. Lastly, Arrow leased 1,413 SF at 3350 Annapolis Lane in Plymouth.

Tenant Representation
Arrow worked with many companies in the metro area this quarter. We assisted them with leasing or renewing space. Arrow renewed Henningson and Snoxell’s (11,200 SF) lease in Maple Grove and Life Health’s (35,040 SF) lease in Roseville. Arrow also helped Bay Equity lease space in Rogers, All Star Construction Management in Hopkins, Great American Financial in Waconia, Maple Grove Hospital in Maple Grove, and Niemel Construction in Otsego.
