21st Century Bank
We're thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of our second project for 21st Century Bank in Eagan, Minnesota! Following the successful completion of the Rogers location, we've broken ground in June 2025 and are on track for an estimated completion in the fall of 2025. This new project expands on our trusted partnership and highlights our commitment to building exceptional spaces.
The proposed project involves the construction of a new, single-story commercial building located at 3390 Heritage Lane, Eagan, MN, to serve as a full-service branch for 21st Century Bank. The building will be a single-tenant structure with a total floor area of 3,353 square feet.
Mold Tech
Arrow Contracting is excited to announce our newest project: a 21,500-square-foot expansion for Mold Tech in Albertville, Minnesota.
Located at 5166 Barthel Industrial Drive NE, this addition will significantly expand Mold Tech's existing facility. The project broke ground in August and is on track for an anticipated completion date in January of 2026.
Great progress is being made on the latest phase of the project! The exterior of the new addition is rapidly taking shape as the structural panels are now being installed.
