Congratulations to Harmon, Inc. on moving into their new 3,994 SF space located at 9380 Central Avenue NE in Blaine, Minnesota. Arrow Companies represented the owners in leasing space and completing the tenant improvement work involved. The are officially all moved into their new space. Congratulations to Blue 42 as their sign is going up on the building today! They are the newest tenant at Bell Tower West (9325 Upland Lane N, Maple Grove). They will be occupying 2,695 SF on the 3rd floor beginning April 1st. Arrow Real Estate represented the landlord on this lease deal, and Arrow Contracting is completing the tenant improvements. The improvements included modern finishes throughout with LED lighting, reception desk, waiting area, private offices, kitchenette, private restroom, conference room and work stations.
In 2006, Arrow Contracting built Royal Vending an industrial building in Maple Grove. This building is 23,162 SF made up of 2,684 SF Office, 2,744 SF Mezzanine and 17,734 SF Warehouse, and has 2 dock doors and 8 drive in doors.
Now 13 years later, Arrow Real Estate had the pleasure of selling the property for the owner, SBM Venture Properties, LLC. It closed on March 5th for $1.853 million to Conquest Ventures, LLC

Since 2016, Arrow Companies has had the privilege of working with P&F Machining on the sale of their existing building in Dayton, acquisition of a new site and construction of their new building in Otsego.

Arrow Real Estate listed P&F Machining’s existing building located at 17171 113th Ave in Dayton in August of 2016. By October the building was under contracting and then closed on January 31, 2017.
Arrow Real Estate also assisted P&F Machining in locating a new site and representing them on purchasing the site. The site is located off Hwy 101 and was owned by the City of Otsego. P&F Machining purchased the property on May 19, 2016 and began construction shortly after.

Construction of P&F Machining’s state of the art 54,407 SF machine shop building began in June of 2016 and was completed in December of 2016. The building is composed of 13,280 SF of Office, 40,156 SF of Shop/Warehouse and 3,971 SF of Mezzanine space. The building is equipped with heavy power (3,000 AMP, 480 Volt, 3-Phase). The shop floor has 100’ candles of light throughout. The building also has 10,000 SF covered shipping and receiving area.

Arrow Companies sold two industrial buildings during the first quarter. Totaling 37,354 SF of space. These properties were located at 1167 Viking Drive in Maplewood and 17171 113th Ave N in Dayton. The following properties are currently pending and are expected to close during the second quarter-
Arrow Contracting finished a state of the art industrial building along Hwy 101 in Otsego. This 55,000 SF machine shop building is the new home to P&F Machining. Construction on the Sycamore Commons office building in Maple Grove is going full speed ahead. This week contractors are continuing to frame the exterior and the roofing and underground plumbing was started. Within the next week or so underground electrical will be started. Arrow is also working on a few tenant improvements/expansions at Waterfront Commons II in Otsego.
On October 17th, the City of Maple Grove approved the Sycamore Commons Development. This development will include a 33,852 SF two-story office building on the Maple Grove water tower site. The office building will sit along I-494 with parking on all sides. Access to the property will be from Sycamore Lane North. The building will house two tenants, Nexus Solutions, LLC and Barton, Walter and Krier, PC. Both tenants will both occupy a floor of the building. Arrow Contracting will tentatively break ground in early November, and is expected to be completed by July of 2017.

Arrow worked with JPiper Media on leasing 3,350 SF at 11316 86th Ave in Maple Grove. Arrow also represented Crossfit Una Stamus Fitness in leasing 3,960 SF at 13465, 13469 & 13471 Business Center Drive NW in Elk River. Lastly, Arrow represented Maple Grove Wellness Center, Inc. in a lease renewal at 11238 86th Ave in Maple Grove.
Arrow Contracting has been busy during the third quarter. The 54,500 SF building located in Otsego that will be the new home for P&F Machining has been progressing smoothly. During the last quarter the roof has been completed and the concrete curbs have been poured. The next step is to pour the interior concrete flooring!!! Arrow Contracting also added two garage doors at the Long Haul Trucking building in Albertville, and finished a tenant improvement remodel project for Projectory Partners at their new 2,031 SF office space at Crescent Ridge II Office Building in Minnetonka. Arrow currently has an application into the city of Maple Grove for developing a new 33,852 SF two-story office building. This building would tentatively break ground in November.
