Arrow Companies continues to deliver strong results at 7100 Northland Circle North in Brooklyn Park, where it both manages and oversees leasing for the Quadrant Office Building. 

Since taking over leasing and property management in 2024, Arrow has increased occupancy from 62% to 95% with additional leasing activity positioning the building for further gains.  The growth reflects Arrow's hands-on approach to both day-to-day management and strategic leasing efforts. 

By combining property management and leasing under one team, Arrow Companies has been able to improve tenant experience, respond quickly to market demand, and strengthen overall building performance.  The 104,000-square-foot property continues to benefit from this integrated approach in a competitive office market.
