On October 2nd , 2020 Arrow Companies helped a client, Jesse Myhre, close on 9274 Wellington Lane N in Maple Grove, MN for a selling price of $1,500,000. Tenants currently in the building include ProGrade Auto Experts, El Rojo Wholesome Distribution, J&A Services, and R&N Complete Auto Repair. Jesse’s company, JM Automotive will be occupying 8,160 SF of the 20,428 SF building. Arrow Companies has also added this property to their Property Management portfolio.. Arrow Companies Employees are like kids at a candy store when it comes to the Fernbrook View Apartments. Every time any one of us drives by the jobsite, we comment on the progress of the building. It doesn’t seem that long ago since we were talking about the first floor and now the roof is on! The wood framing is complete, and this dream is becoming more of a reality then it has ever been up to this point!
From here on out, the building will form its own style and character as the next steps take place. Next up will be the roofing which is scheduled to begin the last week in September. After that, the parking lot and curb will be poured the first week in October, and in the following week the windows will be installed.
Arrow is beyond excited to be able to construct and watch yet another idea turn into a masterpiece! We look forward to keeping you updated on our Fernbrook View Apartments journey.
In the middle of March 2020 the Coronavirus swept through the land. This pandemic affected Arrow Companies along with many other businesses. Being a commercial real estate company, we had to learn to be flexible and lenient with our tenants who were struggling to run their businesses and keep up with payments. To help tenants, owners started to defer loan payments altogether or switched their loans to interest only. We also informed our tenants of the many small business grants they could apply for which helped to keep them afloat as well. While businesses were working from home or unable to work at all, we saw a decrease in operating expenses such as Electricity, Water, and Garbage in all our buildings. Now that states have started to reopen, businesses are getting back to their workspace. Although we are excited to have some normalcy back in our lives, we are continuing to take many precautions due to Covid-19. In each building our Property Managers posted Covid-19 signs on all entrance doors, set up sanitation stations, and devised outbreak plans. One of our Property Managers describes these times as a “different kind of busy”.
Not only is the office busy, but Arrow Contracting has kept busy throughout this pandemic as well. The Fernbrook View Apartments project has developed considerably throughout the course of a few months. We have also had several tenant improvement projects that have kept the contracting team on their toes. Although this pandemic has created lots of extra work and been stressful at times, it has also made our business relationships stronger and healthier for the long run!
Arrow Real Estate sold 14105 Azurite Street NW in Ramsey for $875,000. This 11,208 square foot office/warehouse building was on the market for only 5-months before closing on June 19th! Arrow represented the seller LGP Leasing, LLC and Carrie Moline Gibbs from Century 21 Moline Realty, Inc. represented the buyers Wayne & Lisa Nicholson in the sale.
Fernbrook View Apartments is officially in the ground! Footings were started yesterday, June 2nd, and underground utilities are being done simultaneously. Check out the photo gallery below!
Footings are anticipated to be complete in two weeks. After the footings are complete the foundation and underground parking walls will be going up.
In February of 2020, Arrow Real Estate received a new lease listing and expanded our Management portfolio. Central Shoppes, is located at 9360 Baltimore Street NE in Blaine. The buildings current tenants are Acapulco Restaurant, Subway, KD Nails Salon.
Arrow recently signed a lease with Up to Date Bookkeeping. Arrow Contracting is currently working on the tenant improvements for this 2,546 SF office space. Their first day of occupancy will be June 1st. Make sure to check out Up to Date Bookeeping’s website here!

Arrow represented 21st Century Bank in selling 8.7 acres located in the Great River Centre. The property was sold April 29, 2020 for $1,102,095 to Rick and Eric Schultz. The new owners plan to develop a 190-unit apartment complex on this site. For more information about the project click here.
