Tim recieved his real estate license in 1999 in which he has worked in the construction and sales industry for 12 years. He has a skilled back round in project management and managing sales staff. His strengths are being, organized, efficient, and focusing on project budgets. He has a strong knowledge of the commercial and residential construction process and industry. Tim is known for being trust-worthy and very friendly to work with through your real estate transaction or construction project.
Tim graduated from St. Cloud State University in 1999, majoring in Real Estate Finance and Investment with an emphasis in Appraisal. Tim spends his time enjoying the outdoors, fishing, hunting and golfing with friends. He currently resides in Chaska, MN
