CEO and Co-Founder
Steven R. Fischer is the CEO and co-founder of Arrow Companies. Steve has brought to Arrow Companies a strong customer service and management background. Steve was a store manager with Wal-Mart, in which has successfully helped in satisfying the needs of the growing client base at Arrow. Steve keeps Arrow Companies well diversified offering clients a full service Real Estate menu of investment, leasing, sales, construction/development, and property management. Steve prides himself on operating a company that can offer expert advice, as well as helping in setting achievable goals and a plan, and then successfully executing it to completion. Referrals and repeat business allows Steve and Arrow Companies to grow its client base while competing against larger commercial Real Estate firms.
Steve is a graduate of St. Cloud State University, a member of Co-Star Group, Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors, and is active in his local North Hennepin Chamber of Commerce. He has been married since 1991 and has three children. He participates in a variety of indoor and outdoor sporting activities and keeps busy in transporting his children to their sporting events in which Steve spends a great deal of time watching his children playing their sports. Steve is an avid golfer and overall outdoor enthusiast.
