Noble Office Park community welcomes two new tenants! Cardinal Financial moved into office space 4650 – 4660 Oak Grove Parkway in Brooklyn Park, MN. They will occupy 2,940 SF!

New Creations Child Care and Learning Center will occupy the building between condo complex & CVS.  They expect to move into their new space in the Spring (2020).  Arrow Real Estate Corp. sold the 1.0 acres piece of land in late 2019.

Good Ending to 2018

Arrow had a handful notable transactions to end the 2018 year strong-

  1. Arrow Real Estate represented the seller on a 15,000 square foot industrial building located at 10883 89th Avenue North, Maple Grove. The building was sold to Transit Team Inc. and closed on 11/30/2018 for $2.8 Million.
  2. Also, on 11/30/2018 Arrow represented the seller and closed on 8878 Zealand Avenue North, Brooklyn Park MN for $542,000. The buyer being Feist Automotive.
  3. Arrow represented Buyer (My Grace Properties, LLC) for the purchase of 4300 Baker Road in Minnetonka, MN.  The 8,104 SF building was recently remodeled and occupied by Prosperwell Financial in January 2019.  The property closed in November of 2018 for the price of  $1,300,000.
  4. A three unit office condo at 15600 35th Ave.  in Plymouth sold for $715,000 in October 2018 (4,680 SF @ $153 /psf).  The Seller was represented by Arrow Companies in this transaction. 
  5. Arrow represented the Seller in a quick transaction in Chaska at 1472 White Oak drive in October 2018.  This property was listed and under contract in two weeks!!  The Purchase Price was $270,000 for the 1,536 SF office condo ($175.78 / psf).  
  6. A retail condo at 13783 Ibis Street was sold in October of 2018 in Andover, MN.  This 1,875 SF suite was purchased for $346,875 by Milk Mom’s who will be using the space as an office / sales retail sales office.  Arrow represented the Seller in this transaction – Boulder Point Properties.
  7. The last transaction of the year was located at 14490 Northdale Boulevard, Rogers MN. It closed on 12/31/2018 for $795,000. Arrow represented the buyers, Top Notch Equipment, Inc. This was especially a notable transaction because Arrow worked with the city of Rogers to get a conditional use permit. This allows Top Notch to run their Landscape and Equipment company at the building with outside storage.

  • Fidelity Building Services leased 4,841 SF of space at 1136 114th Ave in Coon Rapids.
  • Arrow leased 10,000 SF to Big Picture Twin Cities 5929 Brooklyn Blvd in Brooklyn Center.
  • Keller Williams leased 7,981 SF of space at the Bell Tower office building in Osseo.
  • Get it Done Fitness leased space at 224 County Road 81 in Osseo commencing March 1st.
  • Arrow lease 11650 96th Ave N in Maple Grove to Fierce Play Fitness
  • Aitkens Essentials, Inc. leased 4,600 SF of space at 11520 96th Ave N in Maple Grove.
  • Peak Potential Family Chiropractic leased 1,536 SF at 16190 State Hwy 7 in Minnetonka.
  • 9040 Quaday Ave in Otsego was leased to Clear Point Construction in February.
  • Arrow renewed Fresenius Medical’s lease at 7365 Kirkwood Court North in Maple Grove.

General Contracting

Arrow Contracting finished a state of the art industrial building along Hwy 101 in Otsego. This 55,000 SF machine shop building is the new home to P&F Machining. Construction on the Sycamore Commons office building in Maple Grove is going full speed ahead. This week contractors are continuing to frame the exterior and the roofing and underground plumbing was started. Within the next week or so underground electrical will be started. Arrow is also working on a few tenant improvements/expansions at Waterfront Commons II in Otsego.
